SHIPPING COSTS & POLICIES
· Currently we deliver across South Africa only. Please allow 3 – 5 working days after your order has been completed for shipping.
· Shipping costs are selected by you, according to your destination, and added to your cart on checkout.
· We make use of The Courier Guy, door to door delivery. All major cities: R130 (Small items ONLY).
· Paxi Pep Stores : 3 – 5 Business days: R100 (Standard bag - maximum 5kg) 7 – 9 Business days: R65 (Standard Bag - maximum 5 kg) Your collection point will be from your nearest Pep Store.
· Free shipping within South Africa when your order amounts to R1500 or more.
· Courier delivery time is usually within 4-6 days, unless the destination is an outlaying area. (This exclude weekends and public holidays). Please allow 4 – 6 working days after your order has been completed for shipping.
· Self-collect your parcel free of charge from our physical address. We are restricted to business hours, between 9:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.
· If a parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the payment of resending the parcel. The customer will be notified and invoiced accordingly and informed via email.

· A final word on shipping, once the parcel has been collected by the courier, or processed by Pep Paxi, the responsibility regarding the parcel ceases to befall Tabeel.
